The modern level of technological development involves the use traditional materials modified with additives various types and functional purposes, as well composite allowing to obtain a product improved properties. Expanding area application products based on gypsum for facade systems creation weather-resistant, and, first all, waterproof polymers. purpose experiment, results which are presented in article, was assess possibility using polycondensation polymers component polymer, model properties material evaluate its characteristics result climatic humidity influences. modeling optimization polymer were statistical methods mathematical analysis functions several variables. assessment water resistance samples carried out under test conditions an open reservoir almost unlimited reaction capacity medium. weather checked according tests chamber. Experiments have shown that strength 20% melamine-formaldehyde resin compression bending 80 days storage air increases by 30% 25%, respectively. compressive is 60 MPa, flexural 12 MPa.
